Returns
If you're not fully satisfied with your item(s), you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging, with tags still attached.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges if you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size. To exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return and select the "Exchange" option when contacting us.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Intimates and swimwear (if the hygienic seal has been removed).
- Sale, clearance, or final sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable service
